Hey Glen - so I'm listening to Jack Johnson's Upside Down, which comes right after "Some Kinda Wonderful" by Joss Stone......and I am completely uplifted with absolutely no logical explanation.  What I know for sure is that my cells have a language that my mind doesn't understand....thank goodness!

 

SOUL Whispers - This is a very 'full' time of year for everyone.  Emotions can be high (or very low).  Isn't it great to have tools available that instantly put your body in a different space....and magically somehow transform your mood....without any internal dialogue at all happening?  Watch something funny, phone someone funny, listen to awesome music....and when all else fails, dance naked (in private of course...or not I guess!).

  

Let Go of the Oars - Even in our most challenging times, music soothes the soul.  Even when we are most stuck, we'll still smile at another's jokes.  See if you can be that person for someone today........that's another way of remembering your incredibly adorably wonderful self.
