Hi there sunshine....do you know how many times I have just reacted to situations....lots.  You too?  Well, good news........we have the capacity of awareness and the freedom of choice to do something different.  It's not for us to beat ourselves up for reacting, the idea is really to acknowledge ourselves for shortening the amount of time we spend in upset.  The less time we spend there, the faster we can listen to our Divine Instincts........the pathway to a miraculous life.  Speaking of that, check out our recent SOUL Adventure Costa Rica Pictures on Facebook.  More on instincts.......

 

SOUL Whispers - 

It is feeling more intensely yucky than ever to stay in our 'stuff'.  Thank goodness, and that is life calling us in the direction of our highest.  So is it hard to follow our instincts?  No.  All it takes is a willingness to settle for nothing less than to feel good.  It is a skill that is well worth practicing....the skill of disengaging from our ego.....after all, the truth is life just flows......our ego is the only thing that can take us out of that flow.  Are ya coming?
